I was a Creature FX Lead on this show.

My responsabilities were:
– Co-led a team of more than 45 artists. Biggest CFX team at SPI ever.
– R&D of the dyn feathers setups and workflow, working along other departments modeling, rigging and grooming. Designed and implemented the feather dyn setups.
– Designed and developed new Houdini tools and HDAs, proactively researching methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance department efficiency.
– Houdini pipeline developer. Reworked the show houdini template.
– Facilitated daily “Tech Talk/ Office Hours” sessions to mentor team members, resolve problems and promote knowledge sharing.
– Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by the team.
– Dyn setups for hair, feathers, and cloth in Houdini.
